Question:Is this unit recommened for beginers also.
Answer:The M7 has a resistance level from 1 to 20. 20 is intense. When I bought it, with an okay cardio already I was at about 10 or 15. Within a few months I got to 20, and then got more and more intense (and longer workouts). It has the ability to get you back in shape if you need to start at a lower setting first.
Question:Does the M7 have a usb port to keep a tablet, phone, etc. charged while using it?
Answer:No the M7 Max Trainer model does not have a USB charging port. Only the newer M6 and M8 Max Trainer models have a USB port charging port.
Question:Is the m5 good for hiit training?
